Demo One, or is it One Demo?

If you were lucky to find this disc inside your PS1 with the case shown below...

Then you're not the only one!
This brings back memories since i first had it!
To start was the cool introduction with the wickid music! Here's the RARE Youtube find!


Then there's the selection! the only menus are Games and Videos which has a Underwater theme with Manta-Rays, Seahorses, etc.
Anyways, the Videos included are:
Spice Girls - SpiceWorld The Game (Not in the intro)
Crash Bandicoot 3 - Warped
Spyro the Dragon
Metal Gear Solid

The Games on the other hand:
MediEvil
Kula World
Gran Turismo
Tekken 3

If you applied for the Registered Users Demo by the form included, MediEvil is also in there (Only with dialogue and the actual 1st level).
